This launch offers discerning Indian consumers the opportunity to access premium vitamins, supplements, and skincare products from one of Australia's largest brands in these categories. Swisse - Launch in India

Objective

To capitalize on the growing demand for natural and organic beauty and wellness products among Indian consumers, Swisse aims to implement a digital strategy targeting the millennial population. With India boasting the world's largest millennial population, with 60 percent of them under the age of 35, Swisse aims to leverage this demographic trend to expand its market presence and increase brand awareness in India.

My Role

  • Orchestrating the complete campaign rollout, which encompassed various components such as print advertisements, social media posts, event management, and celebrity management.

  • Collaborating with the client to meticulously plan an end-to-end launch strategy, taking into account all relevant factors and requirements.

  • Interacting with celebrities involved in the campaign, providing them with comprehensive briefings about their assigned activities and roles.

  • Developing innovative and effective social media plans for all of the client's products, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.

  • Creating high-quality, compelling content for e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart to enhance product visibility and appeal.

  • Successfully managing the event, coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth execution, and creating an impactful experience for attendees.

  • Overseeing various other advertising operations, including budget approvals, adaptations of creative materials, search engine optimization (SEO), and other relevant tasks.

Result

There was a successful launch event in Mumbai, which was graced by the presence of Bollywood sensation Nushrat Bharucha. The event was also attended by esteemed guests including Swisse's Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, Nick Mann, Akash Bedi, Chief Strategy and Operation Officer from H&H Group (Swisse’s parent company), Gonul Serbest, CEO of Global Victoria, and Michelle Wade, Victoria's Commissioner for South Asia. Their presence added a touch of glamour and significance to our milestone moment. Following their launch, Swisse also submitted a total revenue increase of 13.4% last year.
